Progressing and upskilling

We have structured career paths for a number of our build-related roles and an overall development framework for all Zzoommers roles. Learning and development is a top priority across the business, whether it be through support to achieve externally recognised qualifications or internal development – leadership skills, secondment opportunities and business skills. We want to give those who join us a career, not just a job.

Supporting the armed forces

Bringing a new generation of full fibre to towns across the UK is no small task. With infrastructure projects of this scale, many of the skills required can be found in the men and women who have trained and served in the Armed Forces. As a result, we have committed to ensure that all employees who currently service in the Armed Forces, whether regular or reserve, or those who have served in the past, should face no disadvantage compared to others.

Former and current forces workers are a core part of our team, and we look forward to welcoming many more members to the Zzoomm community.
